BASIC ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

Each student must be an active member in good

standing with an independent Baptist church.

Admittance forms require a written recommendation from your

pastor and two character references from non family members.

​

Student must be in agreement with the Statement of the Faith of NBBS.

DETAILS ABOUT TUITION BEING PAID FOR ALL FULL-TIME STUDENTS

 

The Ray Richey Attendance Scholarship is Not Active at This Time

When is it in effect, the Ray Richey Attendance Scholarship is for full-time students (4 or more classes), and it will fully fund their tuition if they have perfect attendance. The student may lose up to 15% of the scholarship if he misses any class three times (5% for missing a class one time, 10% for missing a class two times). Hence the student would not be responsible for more than 15%. The spring semester will be contingent on the student completing the fall semester courses with a "C" or above grade. Tuition does not include the $160.00 registration fee, nor the cost of books needed for the courses (books are sold for cost to the students – the school makes no money on the sale of books to students). This provision is being made by a longtime supporter of the NBBS who has invested in the training of preachers at the school in various ways since its early days.

 

A student taking the normal six courses each semester will save $1,350.00 in the fall and then also in the spring – a total of $2,700.00 over both semesters!

 

The purpose of this investment is not only to undergird the school but to help preachers needing the training to get off on a running start as soon as possible in their preparation for the ministry.
